Thank you for using www.bronzeoak.com (the “Site”), a website controlled and operated by Bronzeoak Group Limited (“Bronzeoak”), a group of companies with specialist experience in biofuel and bioenergy projects.   • interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site or Bronzeoak, including, without limitation, by submitting a virus to the Site or Bronzeoak, overloading, "flooding", "mailbombing", "crashing" etc.

You hereby agree to indemnify Bronzeoak against all claims, demands, actions, expenses, losses, damages and costs (including but not limited to reasonable legal costs and disbursements) arising from or incurred as a result of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or for prohibited uses and for breach of Bronzeoak’s copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights.

Termination: These Terms and Conditions are effective unless and until terminated by either you or Bronzeoak.  Either party may terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time.  Furthermore, Bronzeoak may do so immediately and without notice, accordingly denying you access to the Site, if, in Bronzeoak’s sole discretion, you fail to comply with any term or provision contained in these Terms and Conditions.  Upon any termination of these Terms and Conditions by either you or Bronzeoak, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded from this Site, as well as copies of such materials, whether made under these Terms and Conditions or otherwise.
Severance & Waiver: In the event that any or any part of the terms contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be determined by any competent court having jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term shall to that extent be severed from the remaining terms which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.  No waiver of any term contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

Entire Agreement:  Except as provided herein, these Terms and Conditions are the entire agreement between you and Bronzeoak relating to your use of the Site.

Third Party Rights:  Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to confer any benefit or any right (under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 UK or otherwise) on any third party (whether referred to in these Terms and Conditions by name, class, description or otherwise) to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions or any agreement entered into in connection with them.

Governing Law:  Your use of this Site and downloads from it, the operation of these Terms and Conditions and any claim relating to, and the use of, this Site and the materials contained herein shall be governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.  You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts over any dispute arising out of your use of this Site.
